Role Description
This is a full-time position for an Administrative Assistant, based on-site in Dubai. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling, managing correspondence, organizing meetings, and providing clerical support. The role also includes maintaining professional communication, answering phone calls, and assisting executives with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication
- Experience with Clerical skills, including managing documents and maintaining organization
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and ensure deadline compliance
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., MS Office)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration, business, or a related field is preferred
- Detail-oriented coordinator responsible for raising Purchase Orders (POs) and processing Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for marketing and trade activities across the Arabia region
- EPOS analysis
