Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid position for an Administrative Assistant, based in Dubai. The role involves providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing phone communications, scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, organizing and maintaining documentation, and handling clerical tasks to assist team members and executives. While the role is primarily office-based, opportunities for remote work will be offered occasionally.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including organizing documents and managing office operations
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and calendar management
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Previous experience in the energy or oil and gas sector is preferred but not mandatory
