Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents when required.
  • Organize travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
  • Maintain office records, filing systems, and documentation.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle confidential information with high professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Female candidates are preferred.
  • Must be based in or near Maadi.
