Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Opportunity
Our client, an elite, high-end early childhood education provider, is seeking a sophisticated and highly organized Office Administrator to join their flagship campus. This is not a standard school office role; it is a front-facing, concierge-style position within a luxury educational environment that prides itself on excellence, discretion, and a nurturing atmosphere.
As the first point of contact for discerning parents and international families, you will serve as the heartbeat of the administration, ensuring that the daily operations run with the precision and grace of a five-star hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Front-of-House Excellence: Act as the primary ambassador, welcoming families and visitors with a professional and warm demeanor.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions, including student records, attendance, and scheduling.
- Admissions Liaison: Assist the leadership team in managing inquiries, booking tours, and guiding prospective families through the enrollment journey.
- Communication Hub: Manage all incoming correspondence (calls, emails, and apps) with a high degree of literacy and professional etiquette.
- Vendor & Facility Support: Coordinate with external suppliers and maintenance teams to ensure the campus remains in pristine condition.
- Financial Administration: Support basic invoicing, petty cash management, and fee collection in coordination with the central finance team.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a refined professional who understands the nuances of high-end service. You should possess:
- Experience: 3+ years in a senior administrative or front-of-house role. Experience in premium education, luxury hospitality, or private healthcare is highly preferred.
- Communication: Flawless written and spoken English. A second language is a significant advantage.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with school management software (e.g., Seesaw, Toddle, or similar) is a plus.
- Disposition: A calm, proactive can-do attitude. You must be able to multitask in a vibrant, child-centered environment without losing your attention to detail.
- Discretion: An absolute commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of student and family data.
Why Join This Team
While the name of the institution remains confidential, the successful candidate will enjoy:
- A competitive salary package.
- A beautiful, high-design working environment.
- The chance to be part of a team shaping the future of early years education.
- Generous annual leave and professional development opportunities.
