We are seeking a highly organized and experienced bilingual Legal Secretary with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience to join our growing law firm. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Arabic, and must have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in computer applications and office work.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and managing correspondence.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the office case schedule.
- Filing and organizing legal documents.
- Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, copying, scanning, and printing.
- Sending updates to clients regarding their cases.
- Translating documents from English to Arabic and vice versa.
- Maintaining client files and databases.
Interpersonal Skills :
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a bilingual secretary in a law firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications.
- Knowledgeable in Court Systems (Dubai, Sharjah, AUH, RAK, RDC etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation.
