Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect with strong expertise in interior design and architectural design, specifically for luxury villas, modern villas, and villa renovation projects.
The candidate should have a good understanding of Russian, European, and Ukrainian design styles, and be capable of managing projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural and interior design for luxury and modern villas
- Villa renovation planning and execution
- Preparing design concepts, layouts, drawings, and material selections
- Managing overall project workflow and coordination
- Conducting site visits and supervising work progress
- Client handling, presentations, and coordination
- Ensuring designs meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in villa design & interior designing
- Strong knowledge of Russian, European, and Ukrainian architectural styles
- Experience in modern luxury villa concepts
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Knowledge of site execution and coordination
