Model Engineering Consultants, an Architectural & Engineering consulting firm with over 50 years of industry experience, is looking for a highly skilled Architect with a RAK Unlimited License to join our team in Dubai.
About the Role
The Architect will be responsible for developing and managing detailed architectural designs, BIM models, and construction documentation. This role requires strong coordination with internal teams, consultants, and authorities to ensure smooth project progress and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Create and manage comprehensive architectural designs and BIM models
- Prepare detailed construction drawings and documentation
- Collaborate with internal and external design teams
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure project compliance
- Maintain project schedules and deliverables
- Handle submissions and approvals with relevant authorities
Qualifications- RAK Unlimited License (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- 35 years of experience in Dubai
- Strong proficiency in architectural drawings
- Expertise in BIM, Revit, and construction documentation
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop (3D rendering is an advantage)
- Familiarity with Dubai codes and regulations
- Experience interacting with authorities such as DM, DDA, Trakhees, Nakheel, Meydan, Dubai Properties, DCD, RTA, etc.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time-management skills
