Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Jewelry Sales role based in Heliopolis. The Jewelry Sales Associate will focus on engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing personalized assistance to ensure an outstanding shopping experience. Responsibilities include showcasing products, explaining design details and materials, handling purchases and transactions, and maintaining product displays. The role requires a passion for customer service, knowledge about jewelry, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and the ability to meet or exceed established sales goals.
- Skills in Training or onboarding new team members, with a focus on sharing product knowledge and sales practices.
- Experience in Sales Management or leadership is a plus.
- Detail-oriented individual with excellent organization skills to manage displays and inventory.
- Passion for luxury products and an understanding of the jewelry industry is a bonus.
