Position Title: B2B Business Development Manager Software Solutions

Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Business Development Manager with a strong background in software and ERP solutions, specifically Odoo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term partnerships with corporate clients across various industries.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, achieving revenue targets, and positioning our Odoo-based solutions as the preferred ERP choice for businesses seeking digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Strategy
- Identify, target, and secure new B2B clients for Odoo ERP implementation and customization services.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct discovery meetings and product demonstrations to understand client needs and present tailored Odoo solutions.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, finance directors, and operations managers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the ERP selection and sales process.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional modules and services.
Technical & Commercial Proposal Development
- Collaborate with the presales and technical teams to prepare compelling proposals, scope of work, and commercial offers.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and closing of deals.
- Stay updated on Odoo's product roadmap, new features, and industry trends to effectively position solutions.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses for management.
- Provide insights to product and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 46 years of B2B sales experience in the software/ERP industry.
- Proven experience selling Odoo ERP (implementation, customization, licensing, or consulting services).
- Strong understanding of ERP business value, digital transformation, and enterprise software sales cycles.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Nice-to-Have
- Existing network of corporate clients or partners in Egypt/GCC.
- Experience with Odoo version 15 or higher.
- Knowledge of accounting, inventory, manufacturing, or CRM modules within Odoo.
- Familiarity with competitive ERP platforms (Oracle NetSuite, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Relevant certifications in Odoo or professional sales methodologies.
