Role Overview

We are hiring a driven and results-oriented B2B Inside Sales Specialist to support the growth of a fast-growing digital platform in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in outbound sales and lead generation, who can engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and build a strong sales pipeline. You will play a key role in driving business growth by converting prospects into qualified leads and supporting the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads
  • Identify and engage decision-makers across target companies
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs and readiness
  • Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in CRM
  • Follow up with leads and nurture opportunities
  • Achieve monthly KPIs related to calls, meetings, and pipeline generation
  • Support the closing process when required

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B telesales / inside sales/lead generation
  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital platforms is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
  • Good command of English (Arabic is a plus for the KSA market)
