Role Overview
We are hiring a driven and results-oriented B2B Inside Sales Specialist to support the growth of a fast-growing digital platform in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in outbound sales and lead generation, who can engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and build a strong sales pipeline. You will play a key role in driving business growth by converting prospects into qualified leads and supporting the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Identify and engage decision-makers across target companies
- Qualify prospects based on business needs and readiness
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in CRM
- Follow up with leads and nurture opportunities
- Achieve monthly KPIs related to calls, meetings, and pipeline generation
- Support the closing process when required
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B telesales / inside sales/lead generation
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital platforms is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
- Experience using CRM systems
- Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
- Good command of English (Arabic is a plus for the KSA market)
