BBM Foods a growing food distribution company specializing in premium fresh produce and other quality food products. We serve the food service and wholesale with a commitment to consistency, quality, and value. As we expand, we are looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good command of English for both spoken and written correspondence. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key HORECA clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and introduce new products within existing accounts to achieve revenue targets.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts. Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and positive relationship.
- Assist in commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and manage contract renewals in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, market feedback, and account performance updates to the direct manager.
- Support the company's growth strategy by contributing ideas for product range expansion and market positioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 24 years sales experience in foodservice, HORECA, or FMCG sectors.
- Existing client network in HORECA industry (a plus)
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
