Job Description

BBM Foods a growing food distribution company specializing in premium fresh produce and other quality food products. We serve the food service and wholesale with a commitment to consistency, quality, and value. As we expand, we are looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good command of English for both spoken and written correspondence. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key HORECA clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  2. Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and introduce new products within existing accounts to achieve revenue targets.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts. Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and positive relationship.
  4. Assist in commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and manage contract renewals in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
  5. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  6. Provide accurate sales forecasts, market feedback, and account performance updates to the direct manager.
  7. Support the company's growth strategy by contributing ideas for product range expansion and market positioning.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  2. 24 years sales experience in foodservice, HORECA, or FMCG sectors.
  3. Existing client network in HORECA industry (a plus)
  4. Strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  6. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
