Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in FM, MEP, and maintenance services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Track tenders, handle prequalification submissions, and manage vendor registrations
- Coordinate with estimation, operations, and procurement teams
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial follow-ups
Key Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Good client relationship management ability
- Solid understanding of FM services, MEP maintenance, soft services, and AMC contracts
- Familiarity with tendering and procurement processes
- Strong market knowledge of Dubai, Sharjah, and Northern Emirates
- Proactive approach with the ability to close opportunities
- Professional attitude with commercial awareness
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales within FM, MEP, maintenance, or related industries
- Proven track record in generating leads and securing contracts
- Experience in client handling and commercial negotiations
Exposure to tender tracking, portal registrations, and prequalification processes is an advantage
