Business Development Executive
Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Promote the company's business setup, accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and CFO advisory services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations, licensing procedures, and market trends.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM database.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in Business Setup, Corporate Services, Accounting, Tax Consultancy, CA Firms, or Professional Services is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of UAE company formation, licensing procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and target-driven approach.
- Knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, or CFO advisory services will be an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
- A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.
