Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team with strong industry connections to grow our engineering consultancy business in the UAE.

Key Requirements:

• Proven BD experience in Engineering Consultancy / Construction
• Strong existing relationships with clients, developers, contractors, consultants, and governmental authorities
• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
• UAE market experience is essential
• Develop and expand business opportunities within the UAE market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, contractors, consultants, and authorities
• Identify new projects and lead generation channels

Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry forums

• Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
• Fluent English speaking (Arabic optional)
