Business Development Executive

We specialise in delivering end-to-end digital transformation solutions, including ERP, CRM, HRM, Accounting, and Workshop Management Software built on the Odoo platform. With a team of experienced professionals, we help businesses streamline operations, improve efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth through customised and cost-effective software solutions.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role includes understanding client needs, promoting ODEX solutions, coordinating with the technical team, and ensuring customer satisfaction to achieve company growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE and GCC markets
• Present and promote ODEX ERP and software solutions to potential clients
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in ERP, IT, or software solutions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience with Odoo ERP or similar systems is an added advantage
