Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Business Development Executive. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and managing leads, building client relationships, and maintaining effective communication. The Executive will play a pivotal role in account management, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead handling & direct sales (B2C)

- Manage inbound leads from social media (WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook).

- Call, message, qualify and convert incoming private clients.

- Visit properties for inspection, product demonstration and closing.

- Maintain professional communication and follow-ups via WhatsApp & calls.

2. Active B2B hunting

- Identify and target: interior designers, renovation & fit-out companies, AC cleaning / maintenance / FM companies, HVAC contractors, real-estate agencies, developers / property managers.

- Conduct cold calling + field visits.

- Pitch ONYX NOVA technology and create long-term cooperation.

- Develop a network of referral partners and agents.

- Maintain strong weekly activity KPIs (calls, visits, meetings, new accounts).

3. Field sales

- Daily travel across Dubai to meet clients, partners, contractors.

- Attend site visits and property inspections when required.

- Present products and explain the technical value proposition.

4. CRM, reporting and processes

- Log all leads, calls, meetings and deals into CRM.

- Provide weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.

- Follow the sales process consistently.

5. Market intelligence

- Gather insights from designers, agencies, FM companies.

- Identify new opportunities and partnerships.

- Provide feedback to management on pricing, objections and competition.

Must-have:

- Fluent Arabic.

- Strong sales hunting skills field, cold calling, cold visiting.

- Experience selling in the UAE market.

- Ability to build B2B relationships from scratch.

- Independence and discipline.

- UAE driving license.

- Understanding of local culture.

Nice-to-have:

- Experience in HVAC/FM/air purifiers/home appliances/real estate

- Existing local network
