Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong communication with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will actively contribute to the growth of the company by building long-term client relationships and representing Pervader Design & Contracting in the market.
Qualifications
- Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Business Development and Account Management
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build and negotiate client relationships
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
- Knowledge of interior design, fit-out, or construction industry practices is highly advantageous
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
