Business Development Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Dubai. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and managing leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring excellent account management. The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for business growth and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• 24 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in B2B SaaS, ERP, or IT consulting.
• Fluency in English & Arabic is a MUST
• Strong understanding of Business and Account Management processes
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
