We are looking for a relentless, sophisticated seller to help us grow our footprint in Egypt.
The Role:
We are not looking for someone to cold-call and sell banner ads. We are looking for a consultative seller who can sit across the table from a Marketing Director or CEO, understand their problems and dreams, and build a solution that helps them achieve their goals. You will represent the most influential media brand in the region. You will be responsible for selling high-value sponsorships across our newsletters, our podcasts, and our flagship events.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Consultancy Selling & Revenue Generation
Sell Solutions, Not Space: Move beyond commodity sales. Adopt a solutions-based sales approach where you diagnose the client's needs before pitching.
Manage the Full Lifecycle: Handle the sales process from prospecting and opening doors to negotiation and closing high-value contracts in the Egyptian market.
Cross-Platform Monetization: Sell integrated packages that include:
Newsletters: Sponsorships in our daily briefings.
Events: Sponsorships for our invitation-only gatherings.
Branded Content: Sponsored content produced by Enterprise Studio.
2. Relationship Management & Retention
Nurture Key Accounts: Maintain deep, long-term relationships with sponsors, ensuring they feel part of the Enterprise community.
Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them position themselves that resonate with our sophisticated audience rather than just running an ad.
3. Market Intelligence
Map the Market: Identify high-value conversations and key decision-makers in Egypt's business community.
Feedback Loop: Work with our editorial and advisory teams to ensure client campaigns are executed with the Enterprise voicesmart, engaging, and never boring.

Requirements
Experience: 35 years of experience in B2B sales, media sales, partnerships, or business development.
Track Record: Proven ability to close deals and manage accounts.
Communication: Native-level fluency in English and Arabic. You must be able to write and speak with the sophistication required to engage with C-suite executives and liaise with our finance and legal teams to draft contracts, manage vendor registrations, and invoicing.
Mindset: You understand that our readers are busy executives; you respect their time and intelligence, and you treat your clients the same way.
