About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the expansion of AppCircle's customer base across the UAE. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, building, and maintaining customers that align with our growth objectives. As part of the leadership team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to craft and execute business development strategies that elevate our presence in the market.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in Business development or Sales, ideally in Mobile, DevOps or CI/CD technology space.

This role requires advanced-level English proficiency.

Ability and willingness to travel extensively across Middle East to meet customers, partners, and industry stakeholders as required.

Hands-on experience with cold outreach, cold calling, and LinkedIn-based marketing and prospecting processes

Ability to engage in technical conversations and understand Appcircle's offerings at a granular level.

Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly when dealing with engineering managers and executives.

Self-starter with a highly self-motivated personality to maintain consistent drive while working as a remote company representative

Knowledge of the international market landscape, particularly in mobile technology and SaaS.

A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple partnerships, teams and priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Lead generation, prospecting and acquisition of new customers across the region.

Identify and secure new partnerships that complement and enhance Appcircle's offerings.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive continued collaboration and growth.

Engage with C-level executives and other key stakeholders to present Appcircle's value proposition and solutions.

Provide input on market strategies, trends, and opportunities to align with business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership implementations and long-term success.
