Job Description

Overall responsibility for the business development department and delivery of a stated sales strategy, key tactical input into planning and delivery of sales targets, development of a key referrer network that supports the company's growth objectives and drives revenue development of cross functional collaboration across all CBC teams and locations, to contribute to the company's strategic objectives. This role has ownership of leading the business development and sales functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting, monitoring, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales target reports for the Managing Director
  • Creating and implementing an annual business development strategy and sales plan
  • Identifying and maintaining key strategic partnerships and stakeholders to achieve annual budgets in the UAE & KSA markets
  • Contributing to decision making and implementing best practices across the company as a member of the leadership team
  • Identifying new revenue streams (both service lines and geographic markets) to enhance company value
  • Leading large business opportunities from initiation to closure
  • Developing sales plans and strategies for targeting large client accounts

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in team management and leadership
  • Degree qualified in business administration, compliance, or relevant field
  • 8+ years working in corporate services or professional services within UAE, KSA
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (eg, Zoho)
  • UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider GCC market knowledge
  • Experience in meeting set targets
