Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in selling IT services and solutions, building client relationships, and closing mid to large enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the UAE region
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT services and solutions
Work closely with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure successful deal execution
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements
Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets
Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the UAE market
Required Skills & Experience
58 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
Minimum 3 years of experience working in Dubai / UAE market
Strong background in selling IT services and solutions (staffing, software, digital, cloud, etc.)
Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of UAE business culture and market dynamics
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Preferred
Existing client network in the UAE
Experience selling to mid-size and enterprise clients
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
