Sales Manager Interior Design & Fit-Out

We are a leading Interior Design & Fit-Out company based in Dubai, delivering high-end commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential projects across the UAE. As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven, and well-connected Sales Manager to accelerate growth and strengthen our market presence.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a strong UAE network and a proven track record in securing turnkey fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial offices, retail, F&B, hospitality, and luxury residential sectors.
Actively source and convert leads through networking, industry events, referrals, and market research.
Build a strong pipeline of qualified projects and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
Client & Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, architects, project managers, and developers.
Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Position the company as a preferred fit-out partner in the UAE market.
Tendering & Proposal Management
Lead the preparation of high-quality proposals, technical submissions, and commercial bids.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
Present compelling pitch decks and value propositions tailored to client requirements
Project Coordination & Client Satisfaction
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
810 years of proven sales experience within the UAE interior design/fit-out industry.
Strong existing network with consultants, developers, contractors, and corporate clients in Dubai.
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding annual sales targets.
In-depth understanding of UAE market regulations, tender processes, and commercial negotiations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to close high-value deals.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
