From bespoke landscaping and architectural pool construction to intelligent irrigation systems, automation, and integrated outdoor living solutions XTERIOR creates fully engineered outdoor ecosystems for high-end residential and commercial developments.

We are expanding our footprint in Abu Dhabi and are seeking a driven and commercially astute Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth.

The Role

The Business Development Manager will lead strategic sales growth across Abu Dhabi and surrounding Emirates, focusing on:

  • Luxury residential villas
  • Property developers
  • Architects & consultants
  • Hospitality and commercial projects
  • High-net-worth private clients

This role is suited to a results-driven professional who understands the premium construction, landscaping, or pool industry and thrives in relationship-led sales environments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Sales

  • Identify and secure new project opportunities within landscaping, swimming pools, and outdoor technology solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with revenue targets.
  • Build a strong pipeline of developers, consultants, architects, and end clients.
  • Represent XTERIOR at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project briefings.
  • Collaborate with the design and technical teams to ensure seamless project handover.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the Abu Dhabi landscape and pool sector.
  • Provide commercial feedback to leadership for strategic positioning.

Reporting & Performance

  • Track sales KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline reporting.
  • Drive performance to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in business development or sales within:
  • Landscaping
  • Swimming pools
  • Outdoor construction
  • Smart outdoor technology
  • Luxury residential construction
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi and UAE construction market.
  • Established network of developers, consultants, or contractors (preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven with strong commercial acumen.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE.
