Business Development Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of in-office and remote work flexibility. The Business Development Manager will identify and evaluate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include creating strategies for business expansion, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Development and Client Relationship Management skills
• Strategic Planning, Proposal Development, and Market Research experience
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiations and Partnership Development
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of federal procurement and regulations is a plus
• A background in AI, data science, or related technologies is advantageous
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
