Take the lead in liaising with local government authorities and autonomous driving regulatory bodies, establish and maintain government-enterprise relationships, drive the application and acquisition of compliance qualifications and operation licenses, and ensure the compliant implementation of business initiatives.
Formulate regional business strategies, design expansion pathways tailored to the characteristics of the Middle East market, oversee the entire cooperation lifecycle (negotiation, signing, post-launch maintenance), and take accountability for business performance and breakthroughs.
Monitor industry trends and competitor deployment, identify potential business opportunities, deliver insight reports, and provide support for regional strategic planning and business decision-making.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above; 8+ years of experience in business development and government-enterprise liaison within the Middle East's mobility/smart mobility industry; in-depth understanding of autonomous driving business models; candidates with a background in leading mobility enterprises are preferred.
Excellent government-enterprise negotiation skills; proficient in Middle East business culture; adept at building local government-enterprise and partner networks; capable of efficiently advancing complex business matters.
Sharp market insight; able to independently formulate business plans and drive major cooperation projects; strong cross-departmental coordination and resource integration capabilities.
