Role Description

The Business Development Manager role at Infinity Flowers & Gifts is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients, and developing strategic partnerships to expand the company's market presence. Responsibilities include creating proposals for potential clients, negotiating contracts, managing key accounts, and collaborating with the sales and design teams to enhance client offerings. The successful candidate will also analyze market trends to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction while representing the brand's story-driven philosophy and luxury services.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in strategic planning, business development, and sales management
  • Prior experience in the luxury, floral, or hospitality industries is mandatory
  • Prior experience (minimum 2 years in Dubai), in B2B sales is mandatory
  • Must be already based in Dubai
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and communication
  • Familiarity with high-end event planning, corporate gifting, or luxury services is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage client accounts and collaborate with internal teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
