Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role located in Business Bay. The Real Estate Sales associate will be responsible for identifying client needs, marketing properties, facilitating property viewings, and negotiating transactions. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring effective customer service, and staying informed about market trends and regulations.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Proven experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
