Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop growth opportunities, build strong relationships with both new and existing clients, and generate new business for the company. The role involves market research, creating strategic sales plans, coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless product delivery, and attending industry events to enhance visibility and strengthen partnerships. The candidate is expected to achieve sales targets and contribute to the development of key projects, driving the company's success in the region.

Qualifications

  • 10 years minimum experience in Composites (GRP / GRC) and Coatings in the Middle East with the ability to communicate technical insights effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, and account management
  • Strong expertise in market research, lead generation, and identifying business opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, negotiation, and sales forecasting
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a multicultural environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets under deadlines
