This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to drive company growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand presence. The role demands strong communication and presentation skills along with a deep understanding of the real estate market.

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong strategic planning and market research skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• A background in the real estate industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
