Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dubai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and devising strategies to expand the company's market presence. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing proposals, collaborating with internal teams, and negotiating contracts with stakeholders. The role also involves monitoring market trends and identifying innovative approaches to drive growth and revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Strong analytical and market research skills to identify new business opportunities
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software
• Ability to set and achieve goals, manage time effectively, and work under pressure
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry regulations is highly preferred
• Relevant degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field
