We are looking for an experienced Business Development Leader to drive growth and manage sales operations in the mortgage finance sector.

Key Responsibilities

Present and sell mortgage finance products including purchase, Ijarah, and portfolio acquisition

Lead and manage all sales channels

Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales

Background in Leasing, Mortgage Finance, or Corporate / Retail Banking

Credit Certification is a plus

Strong leadership, communication, and customer focus skills
