Job Summary:
We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our client base. You will be responsible for generating new business, delivering engaging pitches, and closing deals. We need a persuasive communicator with strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of creative design.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through industry research, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Consultation: Understand clients presentation needs and propose solutions that align with their goals.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring clients are satisfied and see the value in our services.
- Proposal Building: Work with the design team to create tailored proposals and quotes.
- Sales Pipeline: Keep accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM.
- Sales Target: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively identifying and pursuing opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a creative agency, design, or similar industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills and relationship-building abilities.
- Motivated by meeting and exceeding sales goals, with a competitive and proactive mindset.
- Knowledge of the presentation design industry is a plus, including trends and client expectations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changes.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a collaborative approach.
- Proficient in CRM software, presentation tools, and other sales-related software.
