Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join Setinone and drive new business opportunities within the UAE market.
The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and secure furnishing opportunities from Real Estate companies, Holiday Home operators, property management companies, and individual property investors who require furniture and FF&E solutions for their units.
The candidate should have strong networking skills, experience in CRM systems, and prior experience in the real estate or property sector, allowing them to effectively build a pipeline of potential clients and convert leads into furnishing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Partnerships
- Identify and generate new leads from:
- Real Estate companies
- Property developers
- Holiday home operators
- Property management companies
- Individual property owners and investors
- Build relationships with decision makers such as property managers, brokers, and developers.
- Establish partnerships that can generate continuous furnishing projects.
Sales & Business Development
- Present Setinone's furniture marketplace and furnishing solutions to potential clients.
- Convert leads into furnishing projects for apartments, villas, and holiday homes.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and manage client relationships using CRM systems.
- Track leads, opportunities, meetings, and deals within the CRM.
- Ensure proper follow-up and pipeline management.
Market Expansion
- Develop a strong pipeline of potential clients across the UAE real estate and holiday home sector.
- Identify clients with multiple properties or units requiring furnishing.
- Build partnerships that generate recurring projects.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Support clients during the onboarding and furnishing process.
Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline tracking in the CRM system.
- Provide weekly reports on:
- Leads generated
- Meetings conducted
- Opportunities in pipeline
- Deals closed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or holiday homes is highly preferred.
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Valid UAE driving license (required).
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently and build partnerships.
