Job Overview

As the Business Consultant Manager, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team of business consultants, ensuring the delivery of tailored financial strategies and exceptional client service. You will play a critical role in managing key client relationships, developing innovative financial solutions, and driving the overall performance and growth of the consulting team. Your expertise in investment advisory, Forex trading, and market analysis will be essential in shaping client portfolios and advancing Sigma Wealth's market position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business consultants, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high achievement. Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual and team goals, and support professional growth.
  • Serve as the primary contact for high-value clients, building long-term, trusted partnerships. Understand client financial objectives and risk profiles deeply to tailor comprehensive wealth management and investment solutions.
  • Oversee the delivery of personalized financial plans, including asset allocation, Forex investment strategies, portfolio management, tax planning, and risk assessment. Ensure solutions align with client goals and comply with all regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation strategies and convert prospects into satisfied clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global financial markets, economic trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings. Translate insights into actionable strategies for team and client success.
  • Ensure effective team management and maintain accurate client information and track sales pipeline. Monitor key performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management on team productivity and client outcomes.
  • Uphold rigorous compliance standards and ensure all financial advisory activities adhere to industry regulations and internal policies. Manage risk assessments and develop contingency plans suited to client portfolios.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the team's expertise in financial products, sales techniques, regulatory updates, and client service excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial consulting, investment advisory, or wealth management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in financial products, including Forex, equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and tax-efficient investment planning.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a sales or consultancy team in the financial services sector.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management practices relevant to financial advisory.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; Hindi proficiency is advantageous.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and financial analysis tools.
