Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Dubai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Additional responsibilities include market research, creating and implementing growth strategies, driving revenue, and collaborating with internal teams to align business development initiatives with company goals. The role also involves representing Spark AI during client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences. Must have worked in various industries and enterprises.

Qualifications

• Business development and strategic partnership skills, including lead generation, opportunity identification, and negotiation
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and persuade clients and stakeholders
• Experience in market research and data-driven decision-making
• Sales and account management expertise, including the ability to achieve revenue targets and manage client relationships
• Understanding of AI technologies and their applications within various industries is an advantage
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience working in the technology or AI sector is a plus
