Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager for one of our clients to drive growth and adoption of WhatsApp for Business solutions by identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and industry analysis.
- Develop and manage partnerships and client relationships.
- Work with product teams on new feature implementation.
- Execute sales strategies to grow revenue and customer base.
- Engage clients, provide solutions, and support onboarding.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and service teams.
- Track performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Train teams and clients on WhatsApp for Business solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
