Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Dubai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and maintaining partnerships. Key tasks include creating and implementing growth strategies, analyzing market trends, preparing proposals, and working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves negotiating contracts, meeting revenue targets, and representing the company at networking events and industry conferences.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and client relationship-management skills
• Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and growth strategy formulation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the UAE construction industry and experience in technical services or similar fields
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage
