About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives and lead a team of Business Development Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities across key segments including Website, Local Travel Agents, Hotel Partnerships, and Niche Car services.
- Collaborate proactively with the Marketing team to conceptualize and roll out customer-focused campaigns and promotions.
- Mentor and guide your team to enhance performance, develop skills, and close more deals.
- Monitor team and business performance through regular reporting and actionable insights.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences; recommend changes to products/services to increase market share.
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Service, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experience and top-tier service delivery.
About You
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelors Degree in a related business field or equivalent.
- 34 years of experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in Retail or Car Rental industries.
- Proven track record in driving sales performance and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong preference for candidates from car rental aggregators or travel tech platforms.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, customer acquisition, and revenue growth strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Market-aware and adaptable, with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
