Key ResponsibilitiesEngage international organizations evaluating or expanding their presence in Saudi Arabia.
Build and manage a targeted portfolio of international accounts and decision-makers.
Lead consultative discussions with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Executive leadership.
Represent VERTEX as a trusted partner through professional, value-driven engagement.
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and reporting using CRM.
Coordinate with internal leadership to progress qualified opportunities.

Scope of ServicesThe role centers on advising international organizations on Employer of Record (EOR), Professional Employer Organization (PEO), workforce structuring, recruitment, company setup, and compliant, end to end payroll and workforce management solutions as part of their Saudi market entry and ongoing operations.
Candidate ProfileExperience in B2B business development within professional services, consulting, or workforce related sectors.
Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders within international organizations.
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) mandatory.
Strong professional presence on business networking platforms.
Comfortable working remotely with a high level of ownership and discipline.
Able to manage structured outreach, pipeline tracking, and follow ups using CRM systems.
