DIGITAL MARKETING SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

Location: Dubai - Shangri-La Offices

Department: Sales/ Business Development Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sale/Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales background and must have proven experience in Digital Marketing Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads.

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Develop sales strategies to expand the company's customer base.

Market Research & Strategy:

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.

Develop and execute business growth plans in line with company objectives.

Provide insights and recommendations based on industry developments.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

Drive revenue growth by closing deals and securing partnerships.

Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Networking & Relationship Management:

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.

Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Reporting & Performance Analysis:

Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Analyze key metrics and optimize sales strategies for continuous growth.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2years of experience in business development working with a digital marketing agency.

Knowledge: Complete understanding of digital marketing & the services offered

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
