Job Summary
Adler Security systems is looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales Manager in Riyadh. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and sales of security and surveillance solutions in Saudi Arabia market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Riyadh.
- Build relationships with distributors, system integrators, installers, consultants, and end users.
- Promote and sell security and surveillance solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on projects and tenders.
- Achieve sales targets and support market growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development in the security, CCTV, surveillance, ELV, or low-current industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabia market.
- Good network with relevant clients, distributors, consultants, or integrators in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Preferred
- Experience with CCTV and IP cameras Systems, or integrated security solutions.
- Experience in project sales and channel development.
