Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Sales Specialist will engage with clients to identify their needs and deliver tailored solutions, actively pursuing leads and converting prospects into customers. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with other teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves managing the sales pipeline, meeting sales targets, and providing training to clients on platform usage as needed.

Qualifications

• Passionate about working with startups, collaborating with other teams for new business opportunities
• Experience with full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing.
• minimum 3 years experience in field of software house Website & Software Development
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
• Background in software & websites development
• Prior experience in tech or cloud solutions sales is a plus
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide Training and product demonstrations to clients
