Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in New Cairo. The Business Development Specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, market research, and relationship management. The role includes strategizing to expand the client base, communicating effectively with prospects to understand their needs, and coordinating with internal teams to align solutions. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and contributing to the development of sales and marketing plans.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years or proven experience (in the same or similar field)
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating data, market trends, and key performance metrics to inform decision-making
• Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal abilities, to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Expertise in lead generation and market research to identify potential business opportunities
• Proven customer service skills to effectively address client needs and maintain relationships
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals
• Experience in business development, sales, or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
