Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development Specialist to support and drive the agency's growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and market expansion.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and hungry to grow with the ability to both generate opportunities and convert them into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities• Identify, generate, and qualify new leads across different channels (outbound, inbound, partnerships)
• Build and maintain a consistent and healthy sales pipeline
• Conduct outreach, set meetings, and manage early-stage client communication
• Understand client needs and support in crafting tailored proposals and pitches
• Assist in closing deals and converting prospects into clients
• Research new markets, industries, and potential growth opportunities
• Support partnership development and collaboration opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking on CRM systems
• Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and outreach strategies
• Track performance and contribute to achieving revenue targets
Requirements• 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
• Ability to handle outreach and build relationships with potential clients
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn
• Fluent in English and Arabic
Nice to Have• Experience in an advertising or marketing agency
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Exposure to international markets (especially U.S.)
• Basic understanding of marketing and digital strategies
