Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Heliopolis. The Business Development Specialist will identify and generate new business opportunities, conduct market research to inform strategies, and build strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities include managing lead generation, gathering and analyzing market data, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support the achievement of organizational growth objectives.

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to leverage market data to identify trends and opportunities
• Exceptional Communication skills for client engagement, negotiation, and team collaboration
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to drive business growth
• Proven expertise in Customer Service to foster and maintain lasting client relationships
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM and other business development tools is a plus
• Experience in marketing, sales, or related roles is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Excellent in English is must.
