This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a Business Manager at Top Forwarder Shipping. The Business Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives, managing and overseeing daily operations, and providing leadership and guidance to the team. Additionally, the Business Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities to increase revenue and improve profitability.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a management or leadership role within the shipping or logistics industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
• Experience in project management, budgeting, and financial analysis is a plus
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures is a plus
