Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Business Setup Advisor to guide clients through the process of establishing their businesses in the UAE. This role involves providing expert consultation on legal, regulatory, and operational requirements, managing client portfolios, and driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, in-depth knowledge of UAE business setup processes, and the ability to deliver excellent client service while meeting business growth targets.

Responsibilities:

Conduct consultations with clients and advise on the most suitable setup for their business activities.

Manage client portfolios and ensure smooth execution of setup processes, including legal and regulatory requirements.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead generation techniques.

Develop sales and business development strategies aligned with company objectives and growth targets.

Provide expert guidance on licensing, permits, compliance, and registration processes in UAE Free Zones and Mainland.

Maintain high conversion rates and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.

Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges to management.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 2+ years of experience with a UAE Free Zone or Corporate Services Provider.

Proven track record in sales, lead conversion, and client relationship management.

Functional Competencies:

Strong knowledge of UAE business setup procedures, Free Zone and Mainland regulations.

Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
