We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Unit Head – Cyber Security [ARABIC SPEAKER] to lead and grow our cybersecurity portfolio across the GCC region. This is a strategic leadership role for a seasoned professional with strong expertise in cybersecurity sales, vendor management, channel development, and P&L ownership.
The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge of the UAE and GCC cybersecurity landscape, strong relationships within the vendor ecosystem, and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the P&L for the Cyber Security Business Unit across GCC markets
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans, revenue forecasts, and growth strategies
- Identify new market opportunities across enterprise, government, BFSI, telecom, and SMB sectors
- Build a long-term roadmap for portfolio expansion and market penetration
- Lead and manage the cybersecurity sales team across the Gulf region
- Define targets, KPIs, incentive plans, and conduct quarterly performance reviews
- Support strategic deal closures and large enterprise opportunities
- Ensure strong pipeline management and forecasting accuracy
- Build and manage relationships with leading cybersecurity vendors and technology partners
- Lead vendor onboarding, business reviews, certifications, and enablement programs
- Negotiate pricing, rebates, MDF, and growth initiatives
- Expand and strengthen the reseller / SI / MSP partner ecosystem across UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Egypt
- Drive partner training, workshops, and go-to-market initiatives
- Engage directly with key strategic customers and executive stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, emerging threats, competitor activity, and pricing intelligence
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing teams for forecasting, compliance, and regional campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Cyber Security, or related field
- MBA or certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA preferred
- 12+ years of experience in the cybersecurity industry in the UAE/GCC
- Proven experience in a senior leadership / business head role
- Strong experience managing P&L, sales teams, channel partners, and vendor relationships
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and enterprise security solutions
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Arabic speaker preferred
- Willingness to travel across GCC as required
